Uses listed as conditional uses in all districts shall, prior to the issuance of a zoning permit by the Zoning Officer, be subject to review and recommendation by the Planning Commission and approval by the Supervisors in accordance with § 27-704: Permit Application Procedures for Conditional Uses and § 27-705: Site Development Plan Review hereof.
